Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai, which started functioning in 2003, had approached EI to conduct the admission tests for classes 1 to 8. The EI team conducted a study of the skills that are required to be developed in each level, and then designed question papers based on them. The subjects covered in each paper were English, Maths, General Awareness (which included Science and Social Studies) and Hindi. While the Maths and General Awareness sections were objective, the English and Hindi sections contained both objective and subjective questions.

The EI team not only designed the question papers, but also planned the logistics, conducted the tests and evaluated and provided the results, based on which the school later conducted parent interactions and selected the students. The project was completed in a period of 2 months.
